Continuous motion for really big volumes

The speedCELL is suitable for assembly and testing of primarily rotationally symmetrical parts produced in high volumes.

Core of the speedCELL is a tower which is continuously driven by a cam (continuous motion). The tower includes up to 48 product-specific tools which perform the mounting and testing processes during the rotation of the tower. The single parts which have to be mounted are supplied "in flight" or removed for further processing after the assembly or test process via satellites. So no friction – and therefore no abrasion – occurs.

The speedCELL features:

  • Output rates of up to 1.00 parts per minute
  • Assembly and testing of up to 4 single parts
  • Offset tool guides, preventing parts against soiling

As required, the speedCELL is supplied in compliance with GMP, GAMP5 or 21 CFR part 11.
