Qualify processes quickly
With the protoCELL processes can be trialled under practical conditions, or pilot runs can be assembled at an early stage and in compliance with quality requirements.
As a rule, only those assembly steps are automated that cannot be carried out manually, such as punching, screwing and welding operations. The individual parts of the product to be assembled are usually inserted by an operator. The process then runs fully automatically – just the same as the subsequent production operation.
