The construction of assembly machines for the production of series products is our largest division. Customers from various fields use our machines for the automation of their production.
Our portfolio covers the entire range of assembly automation: A wide range of quantity requirements can be implemented - from manual assembly, which is now partially automated, to fully automated machines that feed, assemble, test and pack up to 1,000 parts a minute.
Depending on the product and the required number of parts, we design your assembly system with rotary indexing table or continuous motion.
Our concept
We have a range of different basic machines. Depending on the processes to run and the required performance, we choose the suitable machine. This machine can then be fitted individually with the necessary, if possible standardized components.
This modular system offers various advantages:
- faster construction and assembly
- proven components, thus high safety
- flexible, as components are easily exchangeable
- expandable
- standard components more readily available from stock, if required
- reputable component suppliers
Most of our machines are cam-controlled. On request or if it is technically feasible, other drive types such as pneumatic or servo drives are also possible.
