Assembly Process
- Feed cap, insert, and verify
- Feed rubber suction bulb, assemble, and verify
- Test assembled rubber suction bulb for leaks
- Feed glass tube and assemble
- Check assembled glass tubes for height and completeness
- Output good parts into foil bags, output rejected parts in bulk
- Empty check of fixture nest
Additional process stations can be integrated if required: Mounting tamper-evident seal, mounting child safety feature, labeling, siliconizing, etc.
