New film – assembly line for syringes
Before we delivered one of our assembly lines to the customer, we shot a short film in our assembly hall again. It shows the assembly machine in trial operation in our assembly hall.
The system is used to produce various plastic syringes with a filling volume of 1-3 ml. It runs at our customer’s location in three-shift operation with a capacity of 80 syringes/minute.
As usual with machines for the medical industry, we have considered all the relevant requirements and standards.
By the way, the music used in the film also comes from our company. Our employee Rainer Aslan not only is a professional in design engineering, but - as the background shows - also on the mixing desk. He was also the one who composed the music used in the film about the assembly of strike plates.
