There are probably not many experts in machine vision who are as experienced as the head of our new Vision & Robotics business unit, Andreas Welzl. He has been working in this field for 17 years.

He started with an apprenticeship in this field. After countless projects in the automation industry, he knows every possible task and suitable solutions. As a former project manager and joint managing director at companies on the hardware and software side, he has a comprehensive overview of the market and the state of the art.

At LAS, we know Andreas Welzl from several projects where he took over the image processing and/or robot integration in our machines. We are therefore very pleased to have him on board at LAS. His expertise and our machines are an unbeatable combination.
