Components

LAS offers both complete bowl feeders as well as separate bowl feeder drives or conveyor attachments.

Our attachments are made exclusively of stainless steel and their features include

• diameters from 100 to 1,200 mm
• optionally cylindrical, conical or stepped design
• easy disassembly
• easy cleaning
• quick emptying facility
• easily removable drive guard
• on request, special coatings such as Teflon, Metaline (PU), Nextel, Vulkollan ...
• on request for pharmaceutical applications: welded tight, brushed and polished
• surface specially treated on request: glass blead blasting, electro-polishing, passivating ...

Linear conveyors

• length between 200 and 2,500 mm
• quick and easy to open coverings
• guards made of Makrolon
• integrated sensors with level control

We also provide separate drives for linear feeders

Air conveyors

• length between 200 and 2,500 mm
• designed for an output range above 500 parts per minute
• quick and easy to open coverings

Conveyor belts

• conveyor lenth between 250 and 3,000 mm
• belts available in various materials and colours
• can also be executed in food industry standard
• quick and easy to open coverings made of Makrolon, as dust protection

Our stainless steel storage hoppers are available in various sizes and are of easy-to-clean design.

They can be tailored exactly to your requirements by optinal extra equipment:

• lift units for ergonomic filling
• Makrolon covering, also featuring gas strut for easier opening
• level sonsor including indicator lamp
• quick emptying slide valve and reverser for quick emptying when changing format

Also available: Horizontal belt bunkers, inclined belt conveyors, drop conveyors etc.

These hoppers serve two purposes: they extend the autonomy of your system and transport the material to the desired position.

Step Feeders

Opposing pushers gently transport the material upwards in several steps

• Ergonomic filling height, ideal for manual filling
• Low noise level
• Very gentle on parts, as there is no vibration due to design
• Hopper volume 15-35 litres

Inclined Belt Conveyors

These excel with large hopper volumes and are ideal for light to medium-weight parts.

• Filling volume of 500 litres or more possible
• High conveying capacity
• Gentle on parts

Horizontal Belt Hoppers

The parts are conveyed horizontally.

• Belt speed: standard 0.1 m/min, optionally different
• Volume: standard 5-200 litres, larger sizes available upon request
• Adjustable chute inclination
• Drive 230 V, 400 V or 24 V

Upon request, all hoppers can be equipped with additional options, such as

• Mobile frame with castors
• Quick emptying capability
• Protective covers made of transparent polycarbonate, also available with gas pressure spring for easier opening
• Design in pharmaceutical/medical quality

Our new MFS368 frequency inverter for vibratory conveyors is characterised by the following features:

• Energy-efficient (up to 45% less power consumption than the previous model)
• The vibratory bowl feeder is controlled using a sensor so that it always operates at the optimum conveying capacity, regardless of the load or mechanical setting
• Can be used worldwide due to wide input voltage range
• Active mains filter
• LCD display with full-text menu control
